- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First of all, I would like to mention that I called to set up an appt. and was promised a call back, 2 weeks later, I called back to schedule AGAIN.. Finally, I get my appointment, go in, the office staff was decent, Dr was amazing. Dr expressed quite a concern for my stomach issues and wanted me to see a Gastro specialist asap, once again promised by this office staff that they would call me to schedule this Gastro appt., Here, a month later, still no call from these people!! Then, lets add this.. I get a denial letter from my insurance company because the office staff, used my maiden name, which has not my name for several years, and the social security number for the "sponsor id" is NOT mine, nor my husband's. Which tells me, they DO NOT pay attention to what they are doing, DO NOT care about their clients. I was referred to this office by a few family members who go here, but I was NOT expecting the carelessness and unprofessional behavior I have seen. I would appreciate someone resolving this issue ASAP!! I do not appreciate the denial letters and bills coming from my insurance company.
